I like your idea of learning something new to improve your life. I’ve been making a concerted effort to try new things. I ordered 2 new things when I went out to lunch with a friend instead of my go to (kale salad with tempeh added). NYTimes had an article about a 10 min workout that requires no equipment. I started doing it after my 2 mile walk in the mornings. There’s a big world out there and I want to experience more of it. I suppose we all tend to get into comfortable ruts.
I feel you on the soda. I have a weakness for salty, crunchy things. The cashier remarked that I must be having a party as she scanned the multiple bags of chips. Yeah, party of one🤣

Haha, I’ve had parties of one before. I love the idea of inviting a friend to lunch instead of just getting takeout again
